The people of Phu Khanh commune always view this row of trees as a symbol of the locality, and lovingly call them "Sau Dau tree row," after the name of the former secretary.
An impressive destination on the journey is Huynh Phu Ancient House, a unique architectural work built in 1890. The house is located on a 500m2 plot of land in the middle of a lush fruit garden.
The owner of the house was Huynh Ngoc Khiem, also known as Huong Liem, who was famous and wealthy in the area at that time. To date, the house is maintained by the 6th generation descendants of Huong Liem. Visiting the ancient house, travelers will be surprised by the aesthetic and meticulousness in the construction of the homeowner.

Another interesting destination is the Giong Luong coconut cake factory, where visitors can learn about the ingredients and baking process. The baker needs to prepare each step meticulously, but the most difficult step is to make sure each leaf pattern is even when the cake is wrapped.
In Ben Tre, especially in the Giong Luong area, coconut cake is a traditional dish and has been familiar to generations of people living here. The cake is small in size and has a tube shape quite similar to Banh Tet (Tet cake).
To make a delicious coconut cake, one has to be meticulous from choosing ingredients to processing. The dough must be made from waxy glutinous rice, which brings a special fragrant flavor.
