Nguyen Minh Hong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam - Czech Friendship Association informed that in 2025, the Vietnam - Czech Friendship Association will organize the congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Ambassador Kmoníček shared that Czech carmaker Skoda is on track to complete a USD-500 million automobile plant in Vietnam in March. Skoda Auto, one of Europe's oldest and most prestigious automobile companies, along with Thanh Cong Group, is spearheading a project to construct an automobile manufacturing and assembly plant in Viet Hung Industrial Park, Ha Long, Quang Ninh. With a total investment of $500 million, this facility is projected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025. Notably, this will be Skoda's first car manufacturing plant in Southeast Asia.
In addition, in the first half of 2025, the Czech Minister of Finance and the Czech Senate President will visit Vietnam.
On the same day, the Vietnam - Czech Friendship Association organized the Vietnam - Czech Friendship Tennis Tournament, which was participated by 20 doubles teams.
