On December 25 in Phnom Penh, the Trade Office of the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia, in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam-Cambodia Business Association (VCBA), hosted the Vietnam-Cambodia Trade and Investment Promotion Forum. This event aimed to strengthen cross-border e-commerce connections and the digital economy.

The event featured the participation of over 140 delegates, including leaders, experts, managers, and business representatives of the two countries.

The participants gained insights into cross-border e-commerce relationships and the digital economy between Vietnam and Cambodia through discussions on e-commerce and economic growth.

Within the forum's framework, a rice supply agreement was signed between Kon Khmer Co. Ltd, a local enterprise, several Vietnamese firms operating in Cambodia, and other Vietnamese enterprises. Additionally, there were trade connection activities involving entrepreneurs and business communities from both countries.
