G4 Ambassadors Celebrate Lunar New Year with Vietnamese Song Performance

The G4 ambassadors to Vietnam, representing Canada, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland, performed the Vietnamese song "Nam qua đa lam gi" (What have we done this past year) alongside the Green Wind Choir in a music video filmed at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel. The video conveys their heartfelt New Year greetings for the Year of the Snake 2025.

G4 Ambassadors Engage with Local Communities in Thua Thien-Hue

To celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year, Ambassador of Canada to Vietnam Shawn Steil, Ambassador of New Zealand to Vietnam Caroline Beresford, Ambassador of Norway to Vietnam Hilde Solbakken, and Ambassador of Switzerland to Vietnam Thomas Gass collaborated on this special music video, singing the song written by Vietnamese composer Bùi Công Nam.

"We hope the melody and emotions in this musical gift will inspire everyone to seek harmony in diversity," the ambassadors shared in their New Year message for the Year of the Snake 2025.

Sharing the music video on its official Facebook page, the New Zealand Embassy in Vietnam wrote: “For the G4 group, the past year has been an unforgettable journey with many meaningful activities, as we worked alongside the government and people of Vietnam to build a harmonious, inclusive, and diverse society for all.”
