The Vietnam-Japan Economic Cooperation Trade Conference took place in Tokyo, Japan, on May 30, 2025. The event, which attracted over 100 delegates from agencies and businesses of the two countries, was organized by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency and the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan (Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam) in coordination with the ASEAN-Japan Center (AJC).

From May 29-31, 2025, the China Association for International Understanding (CAFIU) in coordination with Gansu People's Government organized the Fourth Dialogue on Exchange and Mutual Learning among Civilizations in Dunhuang, (Gansu, China). The event was attended by over 300 delegates, including more than 200 international delegates from 60 countries. The Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations delegation, led by Vice President Nguyen Ngoc Hung and Duong Thi Nga, Head of the Multilateral Affairs Department, also attended.

From May 23 to 29, Children of Peace International (COPI/US), in coordination with the Quang Nam Union of Friendship Organizations, organized free dental check-ups, oral hygiene education, and gift distribution for nearly 1,000 students and residents in Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province.

At the invitation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), a delegation of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations and the Vietnam - Venezuela Friendship Association led by Vice President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations Dong Huy Cuong visited, worked with and witnessed the National Assembly and Local Council elections in Venezuela from May 24 to 29.
