According to Nguyen Manh Quyen, Hanoi is aiming to apply new technology to organize traffic management, limit vehicles entering the central area, and change from mainly using gasoline to using green energy. The city has also built a roadmap from 2035 to replace the current public bus system with green vehicles. To reach the goal, it hopes to refer to the experience of localities in this field, including Austria.

Philipp Gady said Austria is willing to cooperate with Hanoi to share its rich experience in smart city planning.
