The play was filmed live on stage by Dominique Thiel.

Also in love with the girl, he decides not to reveal himself, and each word that he writes for Christian to say to Roxne comes from his own heart.”

Heine’s “Lyrical Intermezzo” and Traditional Vietnamese Music
Come to the reading “Heine’s Lyrical Intermezzo” presented by the traditional Vietnamese music ensemble DONG KINH CO NHAC, in cooperation with our translator – Ms Chu Thu Phương.
Heinrich Heine (1797-1856) is one of the most important poets of Romanticism. His lyrics are in the canon of the German and world literature of the XIXth century. His “Lyrical Intermezzo” was translated into Vietnamese by the translator Chu Thu Phuong.
His lyrics seems appropriate for an adaptation by the rich Vietnamese musical tradition of poetic performances. The music ensemble DONG KINH CO NHAC has prepared a program devoted to Heinrich Heine, entitled “Lyric and Tradition”. They will put Heine’s poems onto stage through a variety of Vietnamese theatrical such as “Tương tư khúc” of Huế singing, “Du Xuân” of Chèo, “Cờn Nam” and “Vãn” “of Chầu Văn.

Science Film Festival 2017
Science Film Festival 2017
The Seventh Science Film Festival is organized in Vietnam by Goethe-Institute in collaboration with THD Education Solution Ltd. Here, the audience will get to watch science and natural history films and participate in discovery workshops and experiments. From October to December, the Science Film Festival will come to schools and cultural centers. Kids and Youth can experience science with hands and eyes and do experiments on the spot. Films and experiments will be the medium through which curiosity and the desire to explore are encouraged and our knowledge of today’s world is expanded.
The main theme of this year’s Science Film Festival is the “Anthropocene”. The term refers to the fact that for thousands of years, humans have made their impact on nature, and have changed nature. Today, we experience Anthropocene through climate change. Our world with plants and animals is facing a crisis. The film program not only reflects on these problems but also shows us the beauty and vulnerability of the ecosystems on our Earth.
The films will be synchronized in Vietnamese. Aside from screenings for adolescents and children, there will also be games and experiments, which deepen the process of learning and understanding. Last year, 36.000 viewers attended 300 screenings in Vietnam. This year, we hope that the festival will again attract parents, teachers and students of all ages. The Science Film Festival is an initiative of Goethe-Institute to promote science education and creative learning in Vietnam.
