(VNF) – Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Tan Dung has issued a decision providing assistance to the central province of Quang Tri to implement infrastructure projects at the Lao Bao International border gate.

Specifically, the province will be supported with VND47.27 billion from the central budget to spendon economic work to realize the infrastructure project for the “One door, One stop” model at the pair of Lao Bao (Quang Tri) and Densavan (Laos) border gates.

The PM asked Quang Tri to be responsible with the approval, management and use of the spending in accordance with regulations and ensure the project will be implemented effectively.

On February 6^th, 2015, the model “One door, One stop” launched at both the Lao Bao and Densavan border gates on the East-West economic corridor in order to facilitate administrative procedures for both enterprises and people, reducing time for custom clearances at the two border gates as well as promoting the trade connection between Vietnam and Laos./.
