Hanoi Youth Union has successfully organized many large-scale events with important political significance, regularly maintained and expanded cooperation with youth and student organizations, especially strengthening relations with youth organizations of capitals in the region and the world.
"This festival is an opportunity for us to introduce the cultural traditions, potential, and socio-economic achievements of Hanoi Capital and Vietnam, to demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, friendship, and cooperation of the youth and people of the Capital. At the same time, this is also a cultural, artistic, and sports playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life of young people, connecting organizations and international friends with young people and students of Hanoi.
The success of the previous two festivals shows the role of the Capital's youth as a pioneer force in international youth work and people-to-people diplomacy. We have affirmed that young people will be the main factor in implementing the motto of connecting and self-reliant diplomacy.
The International Youth Festival has affirmed its brand, maintained annually, aiming to preserve and promote the unique characteristics of Hanoi, while cultivating new and modern elements of its culture and people, sharing and learning from many other cultures," said the Secretary of Hanoi Youth Union."
