On this occasion, the 2nd Coast Guard Region Command awarded 10 bicycles and 50 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who excelled in studying at Nhon Chau Primary & Secondary School in order to encourage them to go to school.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Colonel Kieu Khanh Dung, Political Director of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, said the contest is a way to spread the propaganda about love and responsibility of each individual for the sovereignty of the country's sea and islands.
