Ivanka Trump to launch book on women empowerment
(VNF) - The US President's daughter, Ivanka Trump, whose career and life are admired by many women, is going to reveal her opinions and experiences on women empowerment in her coming-soon book Women who work.
According to Ivanka, the idea of composing the book was triggered by "a flood of letters from young women asking for guidance" after watching her on the show The Apprentice. Their request made Ivanka "realize the need for more female leaders to speak out publicly in order to change the way society thinks and talks about “women who work.”

Briefing the public about the book contents, Ivanka said Women Who Work aims to equip readers with the skills she learned from amazing people she has met.
The book provides guidelines and on both inpidual and society's issues, from identifying opportunities, shifting careers, leadership, startups, work & family balance, to "make a change on the system to make it better for women" she added.
"I hope it will inspire you to redefine success and architect a life that honors your inpidual passions and priorities, in a way only you can " wrote Ivanka.
According to her, women are capable of managing both their career and family, and can be great performer in whatever field they are passionate for. Not only cooking, but also coding, not only inspiring children but also employees, she stated.
Specially, the book was completed before the Presidential election in 2016, therefore, Ivanka assured "it was written from the perspective of an executive and an entrepreneur", neither a President's family member nor special assistant in White House.
There will be no promotional tour or media appearances to market the book, Ivanka shared on her Facebook page on April 21.
She also informed the public that, part of the proceeds from Women who work will go to charities which work to empower and educating women and girls in underserved communities./.
