Organizers are Acteam International Co., Ltd (owner of “The Dalat at 1200” in Da Ron, Don Duong district, Lam Dong province), Centurion Singapore, the Republic of Korea’s SBS, and Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA).

The tour aims to promote ladies golf and professional ladies golf in Vietnam, thus luring more visitors to the Da Lat ciy, helping it becomes an international destination for golf.

Besides, it fosters the establishment of direct flights between the Republic of Korea and Singapore to Da Lat city via Lien Khuong airport. During the tour, direct flights from Incheon and Singapore Changi international airports carrying golfers, officials and golf lovers are scheduled to operate.

The tour will be slated for three years, from 2016-2018. The first year, Da Lat welcomes participants from March 22nd-27th. SBS station from the Republic of Korea to live air all three official competition days, covering viewers from the Republic of Korea to China, Taiwan (China), Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong (China) and Vietnam.

Total prize for 2016’s event is USD420,000. Apart from that, the organizing board also offers “Hole in one” prize and a lucky draw.

So far, the “Dalat at 1200” golf court has completed its 18-hole international standard, brining the total 18-hole international standards golf courts in Lam Dong province to three, including Dalat Palace Golf Club (in the central of Da Lat) and Sacom Tuyen Lam Golf Club (in Tuyen Lam lake).

Thousands of foreign visitors and a huge number of domestic travelers are hoped to come Da Lat at that time./.
