The contest attracted hundreds of contestants. Through preliminary rounds and interviews, the Organizing Committee selected the 8 best contestants, divided into 3 groups including Korean Speech (for individuals), Video Clip Production (for individuals) and Talent (for groups of 2 or more).
On the final day, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 First Prizes, 3 Second Prizes and 2 Third Prizes to the best contestants.

This contest has been organized annually by the Department of Foreign Affairs of Hai Phong City in collaboration with the Korean Association in Hai Phong since 2015. Each season, the contest has made an important contribution to promoting the movement of learning and teaching Korean, improving the quality of the city's human resources. At the same time, it has made a positive contribution to strengthening cooperation and friendship between Hai Phong and South Korea.
Marking the 10-year milestone, the contest brings many innovations in both form and content to inspire learners and spread love for K-culture in Hai Phong. One of the highlights is the presence of the famous South Korean TikToker, Robin, as a judge.
This is a healthy playground for Korean language enthusiasts and an opportunity for contestants to gian more understanding about the foreign culture. A message of solidarity, cultural exchange and friendship between the two countries, especially with the Korean community living and working in Hai Phong, has been strongly spread through the program.
South Korea is currently the leading country in terms of the number of projects and total registered investment capital in Hai Phong city. With 183 projects and a total investment capital of US $11.5 billion, the projects of investors from South Korea are operating effectively, many high-tech projects have contributed to improving the technological and scientific content at local enterprises, and at the same time increasing export turnover. create jobs and make a significant contribution to the city budget. Regarding educational and cultural cooperation, in 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding between the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the Embassy of South Korea in Vietnam was signed, affirming this strategic cooperation. Currently, 19 primary, middle and high schools in Hai Phong are receiving support from the Korean Embassy. |
