Bui Van Truong, born in 1995, is a young resident of Hue who loves photography. He owns a studio in Hue to shoot portraits, wedding photos, outdoor photos. Truong has a passion for capturing Hue landscapes in different seasons. The photoset below was taken in last summer and early autumn.

Ancient Hue city with Phu Cam church as a symbol on the south bank of the Huong River. The church belongs to Hue Archdiocese, located at 1 Doan Huu Trung street, Phuoc Vinh ward, and is a favorite check-in destination for tourists. Experiencing historical ups and downs, the church has gone through more than 10 reconstructions since 1682.

Hue has entered autumn when the landscape is strangely idyllic. Only by coming to Hue that one can imagine how its vibe is.

The photo above was taken in Phu Van Lau on an autumn afternoon in August. Phu Van Lau, one of Hue's iconic architectural works, appears on the VND 50.000 bill note. The work locates in front of the Ky Dai. Under the Nguyen Dynasty, this work was the place to list the name of those who passed the second-degree and third-degree literature examinations.

Hue Railway Station is located in number 2, Bui Thi Xuan Street, about 1 km from the city center. Visitors from other provinces can book a train to the station, then cross Phu Xuan bridge or Truong Tien bridge to visit the Citadel, Bao Vinh old town, or Dong Ba market.

Boats float on the peaceful Huong River. The photo captures a part of Huong River near Da Vien bridge, connecting the Da Vien dune and the south bank of the Huong River. Also known as Bach Ho bridge, Da Vien has 4 lanes and 2 sidewalks. The bridge is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the autumn breeze.

According to Truong, each season in Hue has its now beauty but all are peaceful and solemn. The photo shows Nguyen Truong To street full of yellow flowers on big trees on a summer day in May. Hue's yellow flower season lasts from May to July. During the season, the yellow petals fly in the wind and land on the road, creating a dreamy petal bed.

Hue High School For The Gifted (Quoc hoc Hue) is the first high school in Hue built from the reign of King Thanh Thai in 1896. The school is located at 12 Le Loi Street, right in the city center. The school stands out with its brilliant red paint and rows of trees that are green all year round.

A corner of Dong Khanh School (now Hai Ba Trung High School), located on Le Loi Street. This is the first all-girls high school in Hue. Albert Sarraaut, Former Governor-General of Indochina, and King Khai Dinh placed the first stone to build the school in 1917. Since its completion, the school still keeps the original architectural features. In addition to the functional areas, most of the remaining area is the schoolyard covered with green trees.

A monument to fallen soldiers, also known as Quoc Hoc stele, is located on Le Loi Street, in front of Hue High School For The Gifted. The stele was inaugurated on September 18, 1920, engraved with the names of the French and Vietnamese soldiers in the Central region who died in the French war against Germany in the first World War. The stele is now the place where many major cultural and art events are held in Hue.
