On November 5, the Plan International Vietnam Project - Lai Chau office, in collaboration with the Phong Tho District Agricultural Service Center, held a successful conference to introduce a project on economic empowerment for youth. The conference also addressed the significant impacts of climate change on local socio-economic development. Delegates discussed the challenges climate change presents to agricultural production in Lai Chau and proposed solutions for green, sustainable agricultural development tailored to the local conditions. |
