(VNF) - 18 stalls featuring Singaporean exotic dishes will come to HCM City in "Super Shiok" the upcoming Singapore Food Festival to be held this weekend.

The event will be held on May 27th & 28th (Saturday and Sunday) by the Singaporean Consulate-General in HCM City to celebrate the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Vietnam.

According to the organizing board, 18 stalls featuring Singapore hawker favourites and food will be participating in the festival, together with live demonstrations by several companies and vendors, including Singapore’s Michelin-starred chef, Chef Chan Hon Meng, Lion City Group, Qitchen Factory.

Singaporean signature dishes such as soya sauce chicken rice, chili crab, kaya toast and satay will be introduced to food lovers, among many others.

The food festival will also include quizz game, and photo contest on Vietnam-Singapore diplomatic relations.

The festival will be held from 10.30 AM to 9 PM on Saturday and Sunday at the Atrium of Saigon Centre, 65 Le Loi Street, District 1, HCM City./.
