At the online seminar held by the Canada-Vietnam Trade Council on October 1, Kendal Hembroff, Director General in charge of Trade Negotiations at Global Affairs Canada (GAC) said “Canada and Vietnam have strong trade ties which are built on the basis of good people-to-people relations”.
