The northern Hai Phong City has required residents not to go out between 10 p.m and 5 a.m if not necessary after a Covid-19 case was detected in the city.

Nine imported cases of COVID-19 were detected on the afternoon of April 10, raising the national count to 2,692, according to the Health Ministry.
