The Hokkaido Festival in Ha Long city formed part of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties and the 60^th founding anniversary of Vietnam’s northern province of Quang Ninh.

The Hokkaido Festival will take place in Ha Long City from November 17 to 19 to promote cultural exchanges, and economic and tourism links between Vietnam and Japan.

Throughout this year, various events will take place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic relations in both countries.
