On August 7, Ambassador of the Republic of India to Vietnam Pranay Verma and Vu Van San, President of Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) of Vietnam signed an Addendum to the Agreement for implementation of a project to set up a centre for advanced IT Training at Ho Chi Minh City with an Indian assistance of USD 1.08 million under the ASEAN-India Cooperation Fund.
