Seventeen missionaries from the United States and Canada were abducted by gang members in Haiti on Saturday, according to the organization Christian Aid Ministries. Reportedly, five men, seven women, and five children are the victims of the abduction.

Phnom Penh Military Police arrested 29 Chinese nationals on kidnapping charges. The suspects are said to have abducted three other Chinese nationals from a hotel in Daun Penh district’s Chaktomuk commune.
