The Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized a seminar for the launch of the book "Ham Nghi: Exiled Emperor - Artist in Algiers" with the participation of its author, Dr. Amandine Dabat, an Art History researcher and fifth-generation descendant of Emperor Ham Nghi on November 5th.
