On November 1 in Hanoi, Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union's Central Committee awarded the "Medal for the Young Generation" to Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam, Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén, during the ambassador's visit preceding the conclusion of his term.
