Japan confers Order of the Rising Sun decoration to Vietnamese professor

Vietnamese Professor Vo Tong Xuan will be conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, announced the Japanese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City on May 10.
