Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang expressed his wish that the Director General of UPU continue to pay attention to sharing experiences and providing technical support for Vietnam to modernize and improve postal competitiveness.

Jose Anson, a consultant from the Universal Postal Union (UPU), said that Vietnam has a lot of potential to improve its ranking on the Integrated Index for Postal Development - 2IPD.
