A delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense led by Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, attended the 9th Singapore Airshow from February 20 to 25 at the invitation of the Singapore Ministry of National Defense.
