The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) has just issued Decision No. 948 / QD-LHVN to recruit and appoint Mr. Pham Dinh Hai - Deputy Head of the Editorial Board of the Foreign Relations website, Department of Foreign Relation Information Steering Committee office, Central Propaganda and Training Commission – as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Times Magazine starting August 1.
