The Agency for Enterprises Development (Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) held the closing ceremony of the Technical Cooperation for “SME Promotion and Industrial Development Project” on December 12 in Hanoi.
