For August 21-22, a delegation of Hanoi, led by Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of Hanoi People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, worked with the Ile de France (Institute for Urban Planning and Development, France) to strengthen the partnership in the fields of public transport and urban traffic.

The population in the four inner districts of Hanoi, namely Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Dong Da and Hai Ba Trung, will reduce from the current 887,000 to 672,000 by 2030.
