At the meeting with the Vietnam - Austria Friendship Association on January 9 in Hanoi, Dr. Patrick Horvath, Secretary General of Vienna-based think tank Foundation for Scientific Economic Policy (WIWIPOL) stressed that there are three potential areas of cooperation for Vietnam and Austria, including industry investment, human resources and forming a "Green Partnership".
