The Cuban diplomat voiced his government’s desire to promote the special friendship, solidarity, and mutual trust between the two parties, states, and peoples of Cuba and Vietnam.

It is a statement cited from the letter sent by the President of Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Phuong Nga addressed to the President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) Fernando Gonzalez Llort.

In Vietnam and Cuba's bilateral relations written their consolidate commitment that "the special relationship, loyal friendship, and comprehensive cooperation with Vietnam, governments and people". Vietnam will always stand by Cuba, especially in this difficult time of Covid-19 outbreak worldwide.
