The Bhutanese leaders proposed to further strengthen cooperation with Vietnam in many fields, especially investment, trade, tourism, agriculture and forestry.

Amidst the modest bilateral trade, the two countries agree to foster collaboration and work together for the opening of a direct air route in the time to come.
