"The achievements that Vietnam - Singapore have put much effort to cultivate play a very important role in people-to-people diplomacy activities, the enduring exchanges and cohesion between the two countries' people and the business community," said Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice State President of Vietnam Vo Thi Anh Xuan at the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and 10 years of strategic partnership between Vietnam and Singapore, held in Hanoi on August 1.

Vietnamese college student Le Thanh Hong of Singapore Polytechnics (Singapore) is the winner of "50-10 Logo Contest", as announced by the Organizing Committee on January 19, 2023. Hong's logo will be the official logo for the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Singapore.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has suggested Singapore assist Vietnam in building digital infrastructure and promoting digital transformation.
