A national-level ceremony was held in Dong Hoi city, the central province of Quang Binh, on December 22 to mark the 110th birth anniversary of General Vo Nguyen Giap (August 25, 1911 - 2021), the “Eldest Brother” of the Vietnam People’s Army (VPA)
