The new Carnaby walking street, which is located in the Rue de Charme complex - Ha Dinh new urban area (Hanoi) attracts many young people to check in thanks to the space that feels like they are stepping into European streets.

Hanoi authorities have agreed to resume operation of certain historical sites starting next Monday while its famous walking street near Hoan Kiem lake will reopen from Friday.

With new nCoV-positive cases scattered around the city within days, Hanoi authorities are mulling over halting activities in the Walking Street, for the third time, starting February 5 to minimize potential spread of the novel virus.
