Train tickets for the Lunar New year (Tet) 2017 will be sold from October 1st, through the websites http://dsvn.vn, http://www.vetau.com.vn and other ticket selling agencies, reported the Vietnam Railway Corporation (VNR).

The train tickets are applied from January 17th to February 12th, 2017 (from December 20th to January 16th on the lunar calendar).

From September 25th to 30th, VNR will release about 20% of its total Tet tickets for students of universities and workers of industrial zones.

After that, the railway sector will put the remaining tickets on the online system to serve passengers.

For online reservations, each customer can book no more than four tickets for one-way journeys./.
