A total of 8 Vietnamese chess players will attend the World Youth U14, U16, U18 Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships 2017 in Greek from 27 October.
A total of 8 Vietnamese chess players will attend the World Youth U14, U16, U18 Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships 2017 in Greek from 27 October.

Amongst the Vietnamese contestants, Nguyen Anh Khoi and Tran Minh Thang are the promising faces of Viet Nam’s chess.
Nguyen Anh Khoi is the U16 highest hope to win a medal at the event.
Tran Minh Thang, from Ha Noi, is expected to make a surprise in the U18 category.
Thang grabbed a bronze in the boys' U16 category of the World Youth Chess Championship 2016.
He finished in 6th place with 6 points at the recent Piaya Network Negros International Open in the Philippines./.
