On November 30, 2024, at Hoan Kiem Lake (Hanoi), the event "UAE Cultural Day 2024" took place with many attractive activities. This event was organized by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Vietnam and several UAE businesses operating in Vietnam.

On the evening of December 1, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh kicked off the Vietnam - Japan Cultural Exchange Program and officially inaugurated the Vietnam - Japan Cultural Week. During the event, the Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam, Ito Naoki, gifted Tay Ninh province 200 cherry blossom trees, an emblem of Japanese culture, intended to be planted on the Ba Den Mountain.

Delegations from the northern border province of Dien Bien and Laos’ Phongsaly province on November 29 conducted a bilateral survey and talks on the construction of a border guard house and the expansion of a border patrol road at the Vietnamese side’s Vietnam—Laos—China border intersection point.

"The establishment of the Vietnam–US Friendship Association in Thanh Hoa will provide new momentum for cooperative relations and mutual development between the two countries in general, the relations between Thanh Hoa province and US political organizations and businesses in particular.
