The cooperation focuses on master's courses in highly intellectual fields such as law, economics, and international trade and short-term and long-term training programs for other fields.
The signing ceremony also aims to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Vietnam - Rok's diplomatic relations.
Tran Hai Linh, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam - Korea Entrepreneurs & Investment Association said: "VKBIA consists of businesses, individuals, experts, and organizations to promote cooperation in economy, trade, science, and technology, culture, and education, contributing to the socio-economic development of Vietnam and South Korea. The past 30 years have seen strong development in cooperation between Vietnam and South Korea in all fields, which has contributed to raising the level of trust and understanding between the two countries at the national, local, and people levels."
"The Vietnamese community in Korea and the Korean community in Vietnam have overcome difficulties, settled their lives after the pandemic, and adapted to the new normal state. Ample room still remains for the bilateral relations. That is the basis for the VKBIA to continue to strengthen community connection, bring about practical and effective cooperation with Vietnamese and Korean units, and at the same time implement cooperation programs in the near future."
Dr. Jung Dae Ki, President of Korea International Business and Law University (TLBU), said, "TLBU has been developed into a global education system that includes many educational institutions around the world. Through a wide range of programs, all of these institutions aim to achieve two very specific goals: to train the future leaders of our global society and to strengthen international cooperation."
Dr. Jung Dae Ki affirmed that TLBU would accompany the VKBIA in education training, business development trade, and bilateral and multilateral trade.
The two sides hoped that this cooperation would bring practical results to the development of high-quality human resources in the coming time for Vietnam and South Korea. The two sides will work together in the "Vietnam - Korea Human Resources Forum" as a part of a series of events to celebrate the 30th anniversary of relations.
