At this year's event, the organizing committee has prepared various booths introducing traditional foods from 46 countries, and a K-food dining area featuring traditional South Korean dishes, where guests can experience the flavors of cuisines from all over the world.

The Vietnamese food stall serves dishes familiar to South Koreans, such as Pho bo and nem ran. Pho bo, in particular, has a balanced flavor that combines the greasy taste of beef, the smell of pho noodles, and the salty, sweet, and delicate ingredients of spices, as well as the sour and fresh taste of fresh lemon, all of which contribute to stimulating diners' senses and taste buds.

To succeed with the sophistication and richness of Vietnamese cuisine, the chef must have hand-eye coordination skills and a skillful mixing of the main ingredients. The delicious flavor of Pho bo with nem ran has impressed many South Korean and international customers. The dishes are prepared and cooked by professionals from Vietnamese representative agencies in South Korea.

Seoul Friendship Festival, an annual cultural event, has been held since 1996. Seoul city officials said that they intend to make the Seoul Friendship Festival a location where everyone can experience and enjoy the charms of the world right here in Seoul. At the same time, there will be a space for foreign citizens living in South Korea to share and promote their native culture.
