These events are part of the annual festival series of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), which invites international artists, including Vietnamese, to perform and introduce their country's cultural heritage through performances.
The Vietnamese art troupe brought to Indian stages folk dance and singing such as the "Trong Com" of the Northern Delta, Quan Ho singing "Moi Nuoc Moi Trau" and Chau Van singing "Co Doi Thuong Ngan."

During the trip, the art troupe engaged in various meaningful activities, including cultural exchanges with other international troupes, visits to renowned Indian landmarks, and friendly meetings with local officials. These experiences not only enriched their understanding of Indian culture but also strengthened the friendly relations between the two countries and their people.
The warm friendship, mutual understanding, and closeness between the peoples of India and Vietnam are pivotal to their comprehensive strategic partnership. The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, the Embassy of India in Hanoi, in collaboration with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations in New Delhi, the Ministry of Culture of India, and the governments of Indian states, will continue to promote bilateral cultural exchanges and enhance people-to-people ties, further bolstering the comprehensive strategic partnership.
