Vietnamese leaders offer condolences to India over train accident
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on November 21st sent a message of condolences to his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi over the loss of lives in the derailment of an express train in Kanpur Dehat district of Uttar Pradesh state.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his sympathy to Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj.
The accident occurred on November 20th morning, killing at least 146 passengers and injuring more than 200 others./.
