Kasaren park in Kosice city, eastern Slovakia hosted Food Cultural Festival throughout Europe on October 10th with the participation of dishes representing for 51 nations and territories.
The Vietnamese community in Kosice brought unique Pho (noodle soup) to the festival. Vietnam’s booth was interested by a large number of people in Kosice. In only one hour, Pho and and nem (fried meat spring rolls) were sold out that many visitors were regret for not being enjoyed the unique foods.
Kosice is known as the “green city” of Europe. It is the place of the annual World Marathon. The city is also the place where Vietnam's FPT group put investment first in Europe./.
