The weather is cold, in mountainous areas there are places where the temperature drops very low and harmful to people’s health. The area's temperature tends to increase gradually, reaching a maximum of 25 degrees. Particularly in the Northwest, there are places above 26 degrees.

Meanwhile, from Nghe An to Quang Binh, the weather will be rainy and freezing. Particularly from Quang Tri to Binh Dinh there are showers and thunderstorms in some places, with low temperatures.

In the area from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai, there will be heavy rain and thunderstorms with rainfall from 15-30mm, in some places over 50mm. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. Localized heavy rain has the potential to cause flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes, and flooding in low-lying areas.

The Central Highlands and Southern regions are sunny during the day and cold at night. Particularly in the Southern region, the heat is strong around noon.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather is forecasted to be cloudy and rainy in some places during the day. North to northwest winds level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. Lowest temperature: North 12-14 degrees; South 15-17 degrees. Highest temperature: 17-20 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather will be cloudy with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the afternoon and evening. Lowest temperature: North 20-22 degrees; South 23-25 degrees. Highest temperature: North 24-27 degrees, 28-31 degrees in the South.

The Southern region: The weather will be cloudy and sunny during the day, with no rain at night. East to southeast wind level 2-3. Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees, some places above 34 degrees.
