The National Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting said that on June 16, the Central region will be hot and sunny, with intense heat in some places, and the highest temperatures can reach 38 degrees.

The Northern Delta and Hoa Binh are hot, and common temperatures are 35-37 degrees Celsius.

On June 17 and 18, the area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Ngai is extremely hot, in some places it is intense with the highest common temperature being 37-39 degrees Celsius, in some places it is over 40 degrees.

The Northern Delta, Hoa Binh, and from Binh Dinh to Binh Thuan are extremely hot, and the highest temperature is commonly 35-38 degrees Celsius, with some places above 38 degrees.

Hot weather in the Central region, Northern Delta, and Hoa Binh is likely to last for many days.

The meteorological agency notes that the temperature forecast in weather reports and the actual temperature felt outdoors can differ by 2-4 degrees Celsius, or even higher depending on weather conditions.

The weather forecast in different regions

The Northwest region: The weather forecast is predicted to have scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and morning, with locally heavy rain in some places. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds can occur. The lowest temperature is 25-28 degrees, in some places, it is below 24 degrees. The highest temperature is 31-34 degrees, in some places, it is over 35 degrees.

The Northeast region: The weather is predicted to have showers and thunderstorms in mountainous and midland areas in the morning and at night. During thunderstorms, there is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. The lowest temperature is 27-30 degrees, in some places it is below 27 degrees. The highest temperature is 33-36 degrees, in some places it is above 38 degrees.

Thanh Hoa – Thua Thien Hue: The weather is forecasted to have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night. During the day, it is extremely hot with intense heat. During thunderstorms, watch out for tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. The lowest temperature is 28-31 degrees. The highest temperature is 37-39 degrees, in some places, it is over 40 degrees.

Da Nang – Binh Thuan: The weather is predicted to have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night, and intense heat during the day. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds are forecast. The lowest temperature is 26-29 degrees. The highest temperature is 35-38 degrees, in some places, it is over 39 degrees.

The Central Highlands: The weather is forecasted to have high heat during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms at night. During thunderstorms, warn of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. Lowest temperature: 21-24 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 31-34 degrees Celsius.

The Southern region: The weather forecast is predicted to have showers and thunderstorms with local heavy rain at night, and sunny during the day. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds. Lowest temperature: 25-28 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees Celsius.
