32 Vietnamese Football Teams in Japan Join Final Round of FAVIJA CHAMPIONS CUP 2023
The tournament is organized by the Vietnam-Japan International Exchange Organization (FAVIJA), under the sponsorship of the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan and Japan's government agencies.
More than 200 amateur Vietnamese and Japanese teams participated in regional tournaments to win tickets to the final round.
32 teams with the highest rankings in 7 regional football tournaments across Japan participated in the final round. |
In his speech, Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu expressed his satisfaction to witness players from all over Japan participating in the football tournament.
The atmosphere was cheerful, youthful, and "as bright as the relationship between the two countries." |
Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu said that in 2023, more than 500 activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan took place in both countries. Among them, the FAVIJA CHAMPIONS CUP 2023 final round is a meaningful activity.
The championship belonged to FC Nishio Asia Zone Car. The runner-up is FC Sun Shine. FC ISC Nghe An and FC 37 Nagoya shared the third prize. |
