“The reason I am still here is thanks to the openness and hospitality of the Vietnamese people. I like everything as it is: the unique natural attractions, an excellent culinary experience, and public safety. As a Hungarian chef, I want to introduce the original, simple, clean, authentic Hungarian dishes to the land that I am attached to,” said Csaba Szabo, a Hungarian chef who is on his journey to introduce the cuisine of “the country of Rubik cube” to Vietnam.
