Can Tho city hopes to receive the support of the Netherlands in implementing projects and programs related to green and sustainable development. According to Hien, sharing the similarities in low terrain characteristics compared to sea level, both the Netherlands and the Mekong Delta of Viet Nam are facing high risks of flooding and subsidence.
