Vietnam's Tan Dinh Cathedral

Tan Dinh Cathedral, formally known as the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus has recently been welcoming a large influx of Vietnamese visitors and foreigners alike. Its unique pink color is probably what piques the curiosity and draws people's attention.

Tan Dinh Cathedral, lies at No.289, Hai Ba Trung street, Ward 8, District 3, Ho Cho Minh City - a bustling area of the city with services, daily necessities within reach. Visitors, therefore, can easily call for a cab, or hop on a bus to get to the cathedral or even milling around the city afterward.

The construction of Tan Dinh Cathedral lasted for 6 years, starting from 1870. Built under the Gothic architecture though, its patterns are in Roman and Baroque style.
Tan Dinh Cathedral's original color is still retained notwithstanding numbers of renovations through the years.

Pink Beach, Komodo island, Indonesia
Pink Beach is one of the few in the world. The beach is famous for volcanic hills and wildlife. Its pink color is made up of the tiny foraminifera creatures which have pink crusts. The unique color of the sand next to the crystal-clear blue color of the sea makes the whole scene even more gorgeous, drawing millions of visitors every year.

Jaipur city, India
The city of Jaipur is hailed as "pink city" as almost all of its constructions, from palaces, buildings, places of interests, to gardens, are all painted pink.

Hillier Lake, Australia
Located near the West coast of Australia, Lake Hillier is surrounded by forests.
Scientists say that watercolor comes from the reaction between the concentration of salt and sodium bicarbonate in water. Visitors are not allowed to swim in the lake because it is a nature reserve. The best way to see the beauty of Hillier and the contrast color between the water and the surroundings, is from above.

Sketch Gallery, London
Upon entering, visitors will be immersed in the pink color, from the ceiling to the velvet interior. The walls are covered with more than 200 animation paintings by artist David Shrigley.

Craigievar Castle, Scotland
Lovers of fairy tales will soon be attracted to Craigievar, which is said to be inspired by Walt Disney's Cinderella Castle. The entire exterior of the castle is painted pink and there are no lights on the ground floor.
Visitors are recommended to explore the forest trails near the castle for a complete experience.

La muralla roja, town of Calpe, Spain
The building was designed in 1968 by architect Richard Bofill, inspired by Mediterranean architecture, which is popular in Egypt Afghanistan and Morocco.
The apartment complex has stairs, diagonal entrances, which are colored in different shades of pink.
