Coronavirus-hit provice of Hai Duong set up over 150 quarantine posts overnight
Implementing the social isolation of the whole province from 0:00 on February 16, in addition to the 16 existing posts, Hai Duong established 17 more at the provincial level, 43 at the district level, and 94 at the commune levels.

The posts are responsible for controlling people and vehicles, measuring body temperature; direct people, vehicles in and out of the province in accordance with regulations of the province. According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, this province implements the principle that districts are separated from districts and communes are separated from communes, limiting crowds to ensure safety.
