Tina Yuan – the aspiring Vietnamese author that went famous for her novel “Missing The Paris” - continued to launch the second book “Dating with Bulgaria,” which told the journey of a Vietnamese girl in Bulgaria – the Land of Roses.

“Every country I went to leaves me with an unforgettable impression, but it is in Bulgaria that I find the warmth of a family," said Tina Yuan. "The kind people here made my journey even more meaningful. This book is written in the genre of travel diary. I hope that I can take the readers along with me to the faraway land, and they can learn more about interesting things from ‘Dating with Bulgaria’.”

Present at the book launch, poet Duong Ky Anh shared his feelings about the new travel writing style of the young generation and gave compliments to Tina Yuan. He also rated “Dating with Bulgaria” as a work that "inspires young Vietnamese readers.”

"At the entrance of the famous temple of Apollo at Delphi, all visitors are greeted with the words that translate into Vietnamese as 'know thyself.' In my opinion, I am reading a book that is the author’s journal of discovering new places and finding herself,” Duong Ky Anh remarked.

Attending the event, actor Minh Tiep - Director of the Center for Cultural Industry Development (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) - excitedly said that he also lived in Bulgaria when he was a child. He was very interested in sharing his feelings about Bulgaria and Vietnam when reading the book.

The actor also shared about his friendship with Tina Yuan, when the two knew each other because the author was a student in his wife's acting class. He praised Tina Yuan who has an excellent acting ability, and even affirmed that if this book is adapted into a movie, the female writer can also take on the position of screenwriter and female lead.
